1. Return Eligibility

• Must include all original packaging and tags

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, items such as inner hijabs, undercaps, or accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

• Items returned after the return window

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

1. Email us at cx@valmeera.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will respond with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier (shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size or color (if available in stock)

• Defective or incorrect items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item:

• Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos.

• We’ll replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
